Privacy

Your information, kept simple.

Last updated November 3, 2026

The short version: I only ask for what helps me organize good conversations. Your information is used for ELKARA and nothing else. It’s never sold, never shared for marketing, and never added to any other business’s list. You can unsubscribe or ask me to delete it anytime.

Who we are

ELKARA is a community project started by Yanny, for women building something of their own. It’s run independently and isn’t part of any other business. If you have any question about your information, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the early list, we ask for:

We also record which link brought you here (for example, a Threads post), the version of the consent wording you agreed to, and when you confirmed your email. We never ask for your street address, phone number, date of birth or payment details.

How we use it

We don’t send sales emails, and we don’t use your information for advertising.

Who helps us run it

A few trusted services handle the technical side, and only for this purpose:

These services may process data in the United States, the European Union or other countries, under their own privacy and security commitments. We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare’s Turnstile spam check may use what it needs to tell people from bots. Our emails may record whether they were opened or a link was clicked, which helps us know if invitations are arriving.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re on the early list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep only what’s needed to make sure you aren’t emailed again. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

Your choices

Age

ELKARA is for adults. Please don’t join if you’re under 18.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored with our email service, not on this website. Access is limited to the people who run ELKARA, and we only share what’s needed in gatherings, like your first name.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know by email.
